Returns Policy

We hope that you’re totally satisfied with whatever you buy from UBERDRIVE. Of course, we realise that, sometimes, items may need to be returned or exchanged. To return any items, simply email with the invoice number, part number and reason for return. We will then issue your returns number and the address to send the goods to.

Returning Items

If you change your mind about an item you’ve purchased from us, or are not satisfied with it, you can return it. However, it must be returned in a resalable condition, with original packaging included. In the event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item from UBERDRIVE, please let us know as soon as possible. We will try to replace it as quickly as possible. Please inform us of any returns request within seven working days of delivery.


We can only issue a refund after the goods have been returned to us. We can only process refunds if you have a returns number. Do make sure you include this in your package. We aim to process all refunds within 48 hours of receiving returned items, as long as they are undamaged and in a saleable condition. All refunds will be made via your original payment method.


Every item has up to 2 year warranty. In the unlikely event that an item becomes faulty during that period, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Returning Items

We will refund any postage charges where the return has been due to an error on our part. Otherwise, you will need to meet the cost of postage, unless otherwise agreed by us. Please note, we accept no responsibility for the loss or damage of goods during transit. Please ensure that you arrange appropriate insurance cover where possible.
